BUYER OPTION TO REJECT IMPROPER DELIVERY
Buyer shall have the option to accept or reject goods received from seller that are either improperly delivered or are nonconforming goods. Buyer shall give seller notice, within [Days to give notice] days after receipt of the goods, of buyers intention to accept or reject the goods.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
